Arctic Techworks is a small independent project based in Sweden, focused on building custom ergonomic keyboards. Our website is hosted on a private server under our own domain.

When you visit or purchase from our store, we collect the following data:

• Products you’ve purchased
• Order history and timestamps
• Your IP address (via WooCommerce/WordPress)
• Optional: Account information if you choose to register

When you register a product for warranty, this data is linked to your customer profile.

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

We only use your data to:

Process and deliver your order
Handle returns and warranties
Comply with legal obligations
Improve future products through anonymized purchase trends

We may also use anonymized customer data (e.g. age range, product type, geography) to guide future development — never for advertising or third-party use.

We do not use additional tracking cookies or ad pixels at this time.

5. Accounts & warranty

You may create a user account to manage your orders and register products for warranty. Creating an account is optional.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties — ever.

We use the following trusted services to operate our store securely:

Stripe (for payment processing)
Google Analytics (for website usage statistics)
WordPress / WooCommerce (for the online shop)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data on our behalf.

7. Data retention

We retain order-related data for up to 5 years to comply with Swedish consumer protection laws and accounting requirements.

You may request a summary of your stored data or request deletion at any time.
